The value of teamwork in Sustainability Reporting: the journey of internal sharing of Gruppo Luci’s 2023 Sustainability Report
The internal dissemination activities of the Sustainability Report, involving the five companies of Gruppo Luci, continue. For this occasion, the headquarters of United Eagles Basketball Cividale was chosen as the ideal location to reaffirm the importance of team spirit and the power of collaboration in achieving tangible results.
The event was attended by technical managers and specialists who contributed to the drafting of the Report, along with representatives from UEB Gesteco, who welcomed participants at their headquarters.
Group President Adriano Luci and Sustainability Manager Chiara Pontoni presented the Group's sustainability strategy, which focuses on the valorization of human capital and responsible resource management, with a strong commitment to transparency and continuous improvement.
During their speeches, it was emphasized that sustainability represents a dynamic and evolving journey rather than a static goal. Every day, Gruppo Luci is committed to adopting innovative solutions and implementing concrete actions, pursuing an optimal balance between growth, innovation, and respect for the environment and people.
The evening featured significant contributions from Davide Micalich, president of the sports club, Stefano Pillastrini, the team coach, and Eugenio Rota, captain of the Eagles. Their testimonies highlighted how resilience, collaboration and adaptability are essential both in the sports field and in the daily business context.
Adriano Luci’s concluding remarks underscored the importance of looking towards the future with concreteness and responsibility, recognizing the valuable contribution of all the managers and technicians involved in the creation of this sharing document.
